Cakes are works of art that we share with others.
One of our favorite things about having a wedding facility is watching all of the beauty that happens at every wedding. There are flowers and there are ladies covered in flowers and men in beautiful colors and of course, there are cakes that show off the personality of the beloveds.
When you have a love for Lord of the Rings it is time to have a hobbit cake and the eye of Sauron at the wedding. Taken at Abbey and Randy’s wedding.
If the cake is as chocolatey and delicious looking as this one you might find yourselves fighting over the first bite with miniature swords. Taken at Debra and Ali’s wedding.
The Force of Love and Cheesecake
This Star Wars cake was made solely with powers of the force to create intricately shaped fruit on top of something a little different, cheesecake. This cake was eaten at Rebekah and Jake’s wedding.
Flowers and Beer Cakes
The Mayo wedding shocked us with an incredible groom’s cake that looks exactly like a bucket of Coors Light. We know this incredible cake artist and can always send her your way.
A fantastic trend we have been seeing is to make the cake tiny and hand sized. Cupcakes are having a wedding uproar and we think it is a brilliant idea. There is much less cake to cut and miniature plates to use when people already have their slice wrapped up. Taken at the Whitley wedding.
We love it when a cake is simple, beautiful, and straightforward, which is exactly how you might want the marriage to be. Taken at Paul and Becky’s wedding.
